(Stockholm, Sweden, July 1, 2015) – Bindomatic AB, the Binding Efficiency Experts, this year celebrates the twenty-fifth anniversary of its production plant in Fátima, Portugal. Over the last twenty-five years, Bindomatic has grown the plant from three to more than 50 employees, producing the industry-leading Drop&Go Technology® binding machines and their corresponding covers.
The plant opened its doors May 22, 1990 with its first employee, Humberto Luis, who continues to act as general manager. “I have been here since the beginning and can say with great pride that I work side-by-side with an amazing team of dedicated and diligent employees,” said Luis.

“Our production plant in Portugal is an integral part of our world-wide distribution of cutting-edge binding machines and covers, and has been for a quarter of a century. I continue to be impressed by the output and quality that is clearly a result of hard work and determination by a great group of employees,” said Jörgen Friman, CEO & President of Bindomatic. “With the support of the Fátima community, our goal for the foreseeable future is to continue to manufacture binding products of the highest quality while staying at the forefront of technology and innovation.”
