We are looking for Wilmington, NC based Inside Tele Sales Representatives immediately. This team is tasked with delivering the company’s growth, new business and revenue targets, while maintaining our industry-leading customer satisfaction levels. 

Requirements:

  • Someone that can handle a large volume of outbound calls without getting discouraged with hearing “not interested, at this time”
  • Proven call center environment experience
  • Energetic and enthusiastic professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • The ability to innovate and build trust among a wide variety of people across our business and industry
  • Good organizational skills and ability to plan but also task switch frequently
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office and CRM’s

Coverbind provides a great place to work and trains extensively.  We can educate you on our products and services but we cannot train you to be a hunter…you need to bring that to the table.  Lead generation lists are provided regularly but success is driven by YOU. There is NO cap on commission!!!

Travel will be up to 25% in your dedicated region but no overnight travel is necessary.  A hunter mentality, self-motivation, and a challenger approach are key aspects in this Regional Sales role. In addition, we employ a team of quality lead generators so that you can hit the street running with pre-qualified, furnished leads in your territory. 

Responsibilities

  • Follow and execute a full cycle sales process, with support in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Locate and influence decision makers that are responsible for print rooms and binding equipment/machinery within organizations
  • Presentations to potential clients through webinars and in-person
  • Responsible for the majority of your appointment setting although Coverbind provides assistance in this area
  • CRM Management: Input of sales information in the CRM system
  • Full sales cycle with clients and closing on deals with clients
  • Regional and local travel to appointments with prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Sales experience
  • Business-to-Business and Government Sales experience a plus
  • Experience with customer centric selling or a proven sales process
  • Ability to locate and influence decision makers
  • Ability to make in-person presentations
  • Aggressive can do attitude
  • High energy work ethic that allows you to go above and beyond to achieve success
  • Experience with a CRM database
  • Flexibility to work from home
  • Aggressive sales professional with a hunter mentality
  • Enjoy and successful at cold calling on the phone
  • Success and proof with sales in the 10K to 30K range
  • Experience working for a small or start up business is preferred
  • Strong networker
